Newsweek Magazine today named Yonkers International Baccalaureate High School among the tops in the nation, ranking it 132 among only 1,600 schools that met its benchmark of college level courses, assessments and graduates.

Yonkers High School’s International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme is a demanding college level course of study that is internationally recognized for its intellectual rigor, and for producing top tier college candidates. US News also ranks Yonkers High School among the nation’s best; distinguishing it as 41st among all schools, and 5th among all International Baccalaureate high schools.
